Steel Security Doors Specifications
Outer frame
- The outer wall fixing frame is constructed with 75mm x 75mm x 3.2mm consisting of 2 x side verticals and 1 x horizontal top bar fully welded to create a goalpost.
- 8 x 8mm fixing holes (4 on each side vertical).
Security Door
- The door is constructed with 80mm x 40mm x 3.2mm & 40mm x 40mm x 2.6mm box section. This is fully welded and covered with 3mm mild steel sheet to offer a high security unit
- 3 fully welded hinges
Lock / Locking
- Each door is fitted with 2 x high security 5 lever locks.
- The door also has an internal locking system which prevents the door from being removed if the hinges when cut.
5-lever deadbolt mortice door lock is a high security deadlock, designed to meet the exacting demands of insurance companies and the police. Higher security and strength are delivered by a 20mm bolt throw. Designed with hardened steel plates to resist drilling and 2 hardened steel plates in the deadbolt to resist hacksawing.
