Specification

Grille with 12mm Vertical Bars

• Made to order using 12mm solid square vertical steel bars spaced at 100mm intervals (4").
• Railheads are 125mm high x 30mm wide. 
• The framework is made using 40mm x 8mm flat bar horizontal crossrails and 40mm SHS (Square Hollow Section) steel for the verticals.

Grille with 16mm Vertical Bars

• Made to order using 16mm solid square vertical steel bars spaced at 100mm intervals (4"). 
• Railheads are 125mm high x 30mm wide.
• The framework is made using 40mm x 8mm flat bar horizontal crossrails and 40mm SHS (Square Hollow Section) steel for the verticals.

Please note that we make the 914mm (3ft) and 1220mm (4ft) high gates with one row of decoration and the 1830mm (6ft) high gates with two rows of decoration.
Finished in matte black primer as standard.  If you require powder coating and/or hot dip galvanizing please select these prior to checkout.  Click here for a description of these finishes.

Sizes and Measuring

All sizes quoted are gap sizes not actual gate sizes.  Please measure the entire width of your opening i.e. brick to brick and we will calculate all allowances for brackets, hinges, clearances etc. before we make your grilles.  Please see How to Measure Accurately for further advice before placing your order.

If the size you need isn't displayed please contact us with the dimensions you require and we will prepare a quote for you. We make bespoke sizes without the high price tag of made-to-measure products. If you require a grille that falls between two sizes in our pricing bands you will only pay for the next size up.  We do not charge a supplement for manufacturing your bespoke size.
